2.No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each poster is specially created and cannot be resold.
3.Order Confirmation
Orders are only considered confirmed after full payment is received. Please double-check all details (size, design, text, etc.) before placing your order.
4.Damaged or Wrong Delivery
In case of a damaged product or wrong delivery, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
5.Color & Design Variation
Slight color variations may occur due to differences in digital screens and printing processes. This will not be considered a quality issue.
